IS:link Summer School Enterprise Modelling 2011 at University of Duisburg-Essen
For the third consecutive year, the Chair of Information Systems and Enterprise Modelling at the University of Duisburg-Essen offers a Summer School on Enterprise Modelling as part of IS:link. The Summer School addresses students from national and foreign universities and expects over 50 participants from four continents, reflecting the exchange network’s successful expansion since its foundation two years ago. Students of the IS:link universities therefore have the opportunity to connect and learn together with fellow students from Mexico, India, Brazil, Korea, Israel, Sweden, the USA and other countries for two intensive weeks.
The Summer School takes place from 26th June 2011 till 8th July 2011. In addition to the challenging course programme comprising current research topics on Enterprise Modelling, the participants can expect an exciting and extensive social and cultural programme, introducing them to the sights and cultural highlights of the city of Essen and the Ruhr Area. For instance, the programme includes attending a classical concert at the Essen Philharmonic Hall and a guided tour of the Zollverein World Heritage Site, a former coal mine.
